Question is if I cancel my membership, will my collection just disapper and I'll not have them any more? Hard drive is getting full and can't get anymore anyway.
2nd Question. Can I move them so they are saved into a diffrent drive? If I decide to renew my membership.

hello @247shades cancel your membership is not ask refund, then you lost nothing, only you not get the show of the day, and of course you can get a bigger externe hardrive for place all your collection. take 1 Tera !!!! hardrive
you can the time of buy a bigger hardrive save on DVD or CD the shows that you do not watch often and delete the show, after when you get the new hardrive just you need to copy.

How do you get your program to save to a diffrent Hard drive then? Because it is just going to my primary one. I have and external drive. Show me how to do that and I may just return as a member.

@247shades,
have a look at the FAQ's. There is a topic there that deals specifically with this subject.
If you think that I am not being helpful by telling you exactly where too look, then you are right.
I want you to be able to learn to look for help in the FAQ's by yourself without needing any assistance from the members. That way you learn and can start to help others as well :)

Ok so I'm trying to do the move to a diffrent drive option. When I run the uninstaller it asks me if I want to keep my models or uninstall everything. I copied the VGHD file but it didn't have all the 79 gig of data on it. If I choose the uninstall everything option and do the reinstall with the other drive will I loose everything.....? That will suck. If I do the keep the models, how does they get transfered to the new drive?

You will see references to you 'models' folder all over the place.
This is the big folder with the 79G of data in it. All the rest can be rebuilt fairly quickly, so it matter less.
On XP it is...
C:Documents and SettingsYOURNAMEApplication DatavghdModels
This contains one folder per card.
You want to copy this to your new drive and probably not delete it from your old drive until you complete the process.
You can not see it in explorer unless you tell explorer to display hidden folders. View>Options>Display hidden files and folders.
Vista/7 are similar names with Roaming somewhere in the name. Again the AppData folder is hidden.
When you install the program again, you will want to stop it running as quickly as you can. Start Options, deselect automatic download, deselect automatic trailers. Find the new location (that you specfied at install time) and copy/move all the folders from models across.

Note: vghd is not optimised for performance, it took mine ages to download each model picture. So just bear with the high CPU and low network traffic for as long as it takes.
(It did not download the full shows again, it just took an age to download all the pictures for the list).

So thank you all for helping me solve this problem. But unfortunatly I ended my membership. Is there a way to cancel that and continue with my membership now that I have this problem fixed? Or do I just sign up again after the experation date?

@247shades,
Your membership is still active until the expiration date even though you have cancelled it. The cancellation just means that it won't automatically renew when it expires. So this means that if you want to continue a membership after this current membership expires, you'll have to renew your membership on the expiration date.

If in the unfortunate event your membership cancellation went through & you cannot re use your old membership ID, the Totem team can still help with that and link the two accounts if nned be.
